Nasreen Sau has a lovely, spontaneous, friendly smile. She listens patiently and doesn't make you feel an idiot. Nasreen watches you carefully through the video link and has the expertise to know if my wrist is improving. She offered suggestions about how to build up strength in the wrist and made me feel confident to start driving again. I can see that the wrist and hand has improved myself and believe that Nasreen's advice to me in hand therapy sessions helped me achieve this. The exercises Nasreen gave me have been helpful. I looked on line to find exercises recommended by other hospitals but returned to Nasreen's selection. It has been a pity that I couldn't meet Nasreen in person so she could check my wrist physically. That has been the only draw- back of my treatment but that limitation on therapy was the result of the pandemic, and nothing to do with Nasreen.
