I found Sharon to very professional and to put you at ease for which can be a little embarrassing, she was very patient and listened to any concerns you might have, she answered all my questions I had, I left feeling completely satisfied with the service I received.

I work with Sharon at Lymington and every week when she comes into the hospital she puts a smile on everybody's faces. She is kind, caring and funny and always listens to what you have to say. I would say that any patient who sees Sharon at the hospital is very lucky to have such great care from her. She looks after her patients 24/7 even when she is not at the hospital as they are able to contact her through a mobile. We love you Sharon!

Sharon is such a lovely person. She explains things in simple terms , she makes you feel totally at ease, she gives you confidence that you can do what you need to that you are in control and capable. I am very happy to write a short review for Sharon Beale. Suffering from urinary retention has been a traumatic experience for me and Sharon's involvement has provided a friendly and reassuring contact. Sharon is able to set you at ease and she is clearly willing to spend time with you to explain any concerns and difficulties. Sharon was excellent with her explanation about self catheterisation and gave me some good tips about how to do it. Best of all after looking at our logs of fluid intake and bladder output both naturally and with the catheter, she said she felt the bladder had virtually recovered and recommended less frequent use of the catheter as a trial. She was empathetic, friendly and had a good sense of humour while still being professional. Highly recommended.
