I was quite concerned with the procedure I had to do on a weekly basis. Marie was very reassuring, explained and demonstrated what I had to do, after which I was more relaxed. All questions answered. I thought Marie was very professional, knowledgeable and very understanding. Thank you Marie.

Marie was so understanding and helpful. She made me feel so comfortable about everything and was so supportive. I couldn’t thank her enough for how well she made me feel about everything. I was so nervous and worried about everything and she settled my mind. She made me feel able to ask anything with confidence. I thank you so much!

Marie was lovely, listened to my reasoning with not wanting to catheterise.

I was a little nervous about my home consultation with Marie but she put me completely at ease, explaining exactly how to self-catheterise. She left me with all the information I need plus all her contact details and I feel confident I will continue to manage my condition following all her sound advice.
