She instantly put me at ease with her empathic manner and answered all questions in a very kind and friendly way. She was extremely professional throughout the consultation while displaying a sense of humour. She instantly relieved any preconceived anxieties that I had prior to meeting. I can not recommend her more highly.

Sharon has been changing my catheter on a six weekly basis for years. I fall into the category of a complicated change. Sharon is extremely professional, knows what she is doing, knowledgeable and friendly. She always arrives when she says she will and is helpful and willing to accommodate sudden changes of plan due to unforeseen circumstances. Both my husband and I think she is brilliant and don’t know what we would do without her.

Sharon has been great in helping me move to self catheterisation , took the time to explain all the options and give me the talk I required to get going with the idea. I am now bag free and living a better quality of life thanks to her help. thankuyou sharon

What an amazing experience thanks to Sharon. I was quite nervous and didn’t know what to expect but she put me at ease, explained everything so clearly and gave me some great advice. She understood how my long term health condition impacted on my urology issues and her explanations were so clear and simple I feel like I understand more about that as well. Sharon took the time to answer my questions and make me feel like I really mattered in this appointment and I cannot thank her enough.

I work in the HAMPSHIRE area as a Urology Clinical Nurse Specialist
I have been working in Urology since 1987 and have previously been a ward manager on a busy urology ward in Southampton.
I joined Fittleworth Medical in 2005 as a Urology Clinical Nurse Specialist and have now transitioned to Hollister. I offer FREE support to the NHS and my nursing colleagues an have an honorary contract with Southampton Hospital
My role includes holding Urology Clinics in Southampton and Lymington Hospitals. I visit patients at home to teach them self-catheterisation, I perform complicated catheter changes and complete full and independent urology assessments; including bladder scanning.
I work closely with Urology Specialist Nurse Practitioners, Consultant Urological Surgeons, General Practitioners and District Nurses. I have extensive knowledge of all urology products available and I have the freedom to make an independent choice based on individual needs.
