Sharon has been changing my catheter on a six weekly basis for years. I fall into the category of a complicated change. Sharon is extremely professional, knows what she is doing, knowledgeable and friendly. She always arrives when she says she will and is helpful and willing to accommodate sudden changes of plan due to unforeseen circumstances.
