Very attentive. Listened to all my concerns and was so helpful adding new items to my prescription. All in all she was superb.

Julie has only been my stoma care nurse for a short period of time. In that time she has provided a solution to a problem I had with sore skin around my stoma and has helped me with NHS prescription procedures. She’s a good listener and if I message her always gives a speedy response.

over the past couple of weeks, Julie's been really helpful. at our last meeting she suggested a different type of pouch (convex) and ordrered them for me. they arrived, uncut, last week. Julie came round this morning to see how I'm doing, and she spent ages cutting the new pouches, and then supervised while I changed my pouch. she patiently answered all my questions. we've arranged a follow-up call next week to check whether I'm managing OK. great service; polite and friendly too. thank you x

'd like to thank Julie for promptly sorting out the problem I was having with my stoma bag. It's good to know that there is someone caring at the end of a phone who is willing to listen and help. There should be more Julies' She's a credit to your team. Thanks again Julie.

Julie is a good listener and takes the time needed to discuss any problems and find solutions. The only improvement I can think of is for supplies to be more readily available.
