Mark has a very unique gift of understanding, patience, calmness and confidence that leaves you in no doubt you are in safe non judgmental hands. At first I was unsure about having a male nurse dealing with my most intimate health care needs but on first meeting him I was completely reassured and felt very safe with him. I am always trying to keep my mood positive and I manage this with humour and the fact that Mark responded in a way I could relate to is exactly what I needed.
