I found Mark a very knowledgeable and understanding nurse. He listened to me and explained everything in great detail. He made the whole process very simple and not embarrassing. He is a great asset to you.

Well I don’t know if is the same person but the picture looks like the nurse i saw on Monday and he was nice to me . Also the nurse that look after me in the room she was amazing on i appreciate her kindness God Bless her . Thank you all for your kind hospitality, i wish i can remember the face of the first nurse that was looking after me.she treated me really good..

I was in a state of trepidation prior to the nurse's visit to start me on self administration of a personal medical procedure. When Mark arrived he immediately put me at ease by expaining fully the procedure and helping me to perform it for the first time. He displayed great empathy and professionalism and answered all of my queries in a very clear and understanding fashion. He also ordered all of my future medical requirements which arrived the next day, and left me with a range of informative reading material about my condition.. If anyone is treated by Mark in the future, then they will be very fortunate to have him present.
