With regards to the 3/5 rating regarding clothing. This is in no way a reflection of todays experience with Julie and all she has provided and informed us with. I am only 2 weeks post surgery and am not comfortable or ready to try my usual attire.

I feel fully informed. Offered advice respectfully and empowered to take control of my own health. Cath Dixon is fantastic. This has been a fully positive experience that will undoubtedly change my life for the better.


My experience has been seamless. Awareness of this service is essential. I wish I had been fortunate enough to have met Cath years ago.

Caitrin is a friendly nurse who makes you feel comfortable. She listens well to my queries and helps with good advice. I have rung her when I have had a problem and she always has the time to talk.. Although she no longer visits I know that her and her team are there if I need any support. I wish her well for the future.

Nurse C Dixon is extremely caring and kind, she knows her onions so to speak, and does her job so well, and with an air of confidence that really puts you at ease,


I don't know if there was anything better she could have done, very pleased with her, excellent service and care

After an initial mixup with no referral from Hospital I referred myself. The Fittleworths Customer Care Advisor then didn’t send a referral to their Stoma team which caused a 10 day delay. I contacted Fittleworths again & the next day spoke to their Stoma services and was contacted by Caitrin the following day & she arranged to visit me after the weekend Immediately I felt she was someone who was listening to me & together we would find solutions to my stoma care problems. She was just what I needed after quite a few bad experiences in hospital including no stoma care. She is friendly yet professional, knowledgeable about stoma care and products, encouraging and shows empathy. I needed all these qualities (even though I’d already had 2 stomas for nearly 30 years) to regain my confidence as I’d been quite poorly & the new stoma performs quite differently. She offered me options for different pouches & arranged for samples to be delivered & visited again to check the stoma & that I was confident I had the best pouches to meet my needs. I refused a further visit as I felt I was progressing but she emphasised that she is only a phone call/email away & I should contact her if needed Thank you Caitrin

I agreed to the examination because Mark Johnson’s manner, attitude and professionalism made me feel confident and relax.


I honestly cannot think of anything that would improve on what Mark did.

The nurse who came out to see me 3times in 3weeks she was fantastic my stoma was red raw very sore and bleeding round the outside area she fetched new bags some powder she was so patient never rushed me watched me changing bag putting bag on putting powder on giving me tips her name is Julie Bird HCA. Thankyou for coming and looking after me Julie it means alot to feel settled talking about my stoma and problems I was having thankyou your a amazing nurse and your Fantastic with your job welldone .10/10 Thankyou again


Julie couldn't do enough for me a top stoma nurse10/10
