Jackie, put me completely at ease, she was totally understanding about my concerns. She listened to why I was worried, and explained the difference between the catheters and which she thought would be best for me. Her patience when I was trying to insert the catheter was great and she was so encouraging. She is an exceptional nurse.

Jackie came to see me at home today.
I felt entirely comfortable and safe in her company, as Jackie was professional proficient, caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable, timely, and extremely worthy. Jackie is a urology and continence nurse specialist who qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) in 1988.
Having 17 years in continence and urology Jackie has a wealth of experience and knowledge which enables her to support her patients and their families. The most rewarding part of Jackie's job is "making a difference" to her patients quality of life.
Currently Jackie works for Fittleworth Medical Ltd as a Urology / Continence Clinical Nurse Specialist and is team leader to a team of 4 nurses across the Midlands.
Jackie enjoys spinning, holidays and spending time with her family and grandchildren when not at work.
