Sharon is such a lovely person. She explains things in simple terms , she makes you feel totally at ease, she gives you confidence that you can do what you need to that you are in control and capable. I’ve rung her mobile 3/4 times and she always picks up and reassures. The nhs are very lucky to have Sharon
