Sharon was excellent with her explanation about self catheterisation and gave me some good tips about how to do it. Best of all after looking at our logs of fluid intake and bladder output both naturally and with the catheter, she said she felt the bladder had virtually recovered and recommended less frequent use of the catheter as a trial.
She was empathetic, friendly and had a good sense of humour while still being professional. Highly recommended.
