Mrs Rebecca Rushton

I have met Rebecca on several occasions now. She is the consummate professional. Friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to. She is a credit to the NHS. she has a way of making it seem like you are the only patient she has to see that day when we all know the reality is far different.

On my appointment in June, one of several I have had with Rebecca now, she has always put me at ease as soon as I walk through the door and answers any questions I might have . A very competent and nice person. Thank you Rebecca

I attended the Urology Department of Eastbourne Hospital on 1 May for a cystoscopy to check on previous bladder cancer. The procedure was carried out by Mrs Rebecca Rushton in a thoroughly professional manner and detected no reoccurence of the cancer. I am most grateful to Mrs Rushton for the treatment I received.

I always feel very relaxed with Rebecca. She makes, what can be a stressful appointment, as painless as possible. She is , obviously, highly competent and professional. I thank her for her years of care.

Rebecca and her supporting Nurse made me feel totally at ease in during my examination. For me it was a very disturbing and wholly unnatural experience but yet the team made me feel comfortable able to accept what was happening to me without fear. Thank you.

As soon as I entered the consulting room, I was put at ease. I felt in very safe hands with Rebecca Rushton. She got straight on with the necessary questions and had me on the couch to examine me shortly afterwards. She explained what she was going to do and guided me through the (painless) procedure, explaining what the image showed. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I only wish I could give her 10 stars.
