I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional care I received during my biopsy procedure. From the moment I arrived, Char was professional, reassuring and highly attentive. Understandably, I was feeling anxious, but her calm and confident manner immediately put me at ease. What stood out most was the wonderful balance she struck between professionalism and light-hearted humour. Her friendly conversation and gentle sense of humour helped to relieve the tension and made what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable. Throughout the procedure, she was incredibly gentle, considerate and compassionate, taking the time to ensure I was comfortable and informed at every stage. Her kindness and empathy made a lasting impression and turned a difficult appointment into a positive experience. My heartfelt thanks to her and all the theatre team who distracted me from the discomfort and took care of me. She is a credit to the team and exemplifies the very best of patient care.

Char Seal displayed sincere empathy and was incredibly proactive when I required a new Dynacad compatible mri that was required before my biopsies could take place. I was most impressed and reassured by Miss Char Seal and her equally impressive team who made a rather discomfiting procedure painless and easily undergone. Thank you Car ans team for taking care of me so well.

Char and her team recently took me through a biopsy procedure, which they carried out with professionalism and kindness. Char explained to me and my wife what would happen before starting the treatment and during the operation she regularly checked that I was comfortable and happy. At the end, she ensured that I spent time recovering from the (very little) discomfort that I suffered. I feel grateful to her for making the experience as pleasant and pain-free as possible.

My daunting thoughts disappeared as Char and her team took me into their care, I cant believe the way the procedure went, i can only put it down to the extreme care and professionalism that I was show during the whole procedure. Whatever the results my experience was outstanding and I cant thank them enough. I saw the NHS at its best.

The last biopsy I experienced was just myself and an aging Asian male doctor, just the two of us in a small room. This time I was being cared for (and I emphasise that) by five ladies in an almost new surgical centre. They were all so attentive and concerned that I was comfortable at all times. They were led by Char Seal and it was obvious how much respect they all had for her. (A I first met here when she took me from the waiting room to conduct the initial interview and briefing. I was impressed then by how warm and friendly she was. I had no idea that she was indeed going to perform the procedure. From beginning to the end I knew I was in the most capable hands. Thank you everyone and particularly Char. (Special mention to the young lady who programmed the music for my procedure)

Thanks to Char Seal and the Urology Team for the help given to me by explaining the procedure and risks and keeping me as relaxed as possible during the biopsies. They were able to minimise my discomfort and anxiety and were all most considerate. Many thanks.
