Sally was friendly and gave clear information in a difficult situation. She was very professional and I felt she had a complete grasp of my situation. She was also very sympathetic to my wife who was finding the cancer diagnosis difficult. An excellent nurse.

Since moving into the EDGH “patch” about 6 years ago; I have found my dealings with the Urology Dept to be most pleasant and efficient. I recall some positive interaction with Sarah Tang but most importantly I am pleased to have made the acquaintance of Sally Sawyer; her knowledge, actions and disposition give me much comfort that should my situation change in anyway, she will be able to put me/get me, on the right path promptly.

Sally Sawyer has been communicating with me during the last year in order to keep my prostate problem under review and to advise. On the few occasions we have communicated during my telephone appointments I have found her very easy to talk to. She has always followed these up with letters to me and my GP in a timely and efficient way. I am very grateful for this - and it's good to have this opportunity to praise the NHS.
