Marie saved me in lockdown! I was having a distressing time at home having seemingly lost my ability to self-catheterise over a three-week period. My GP couldn't help but Marie did. Via a telephone consultation she explained what the problem was likely to be – involuntary bladder muscle spasms – and swiftly sent samples of different catheters to try. Thankfully the problem resolved itself. But I now feel confident that if it does recur I have options and that Marie is there. She eased my stress no end and a follow-up video chat was so reassuring. It was great to have someone to talk to about these things. Thank you!

I needed a new catheter as the one I was currently using was proving very uncomfortable. Marie sent me a number of samples of different catheters to try. We also had three video calls together during which I felt totally relaxed discussing how each catheter was slightly different to another. It didn't take long for Marie to identify the exact catheter that met all my needs and to arrange for supplies to be sent out to me. It was all so easy ! I cannot praise Marie enough for her support and care after I left hospital having had a hysterectomy that had stopped my bladder working. She was excellent. I felt from first meeting her that I was in safe professional hands. Her encouragement meant so much during a difficult time but with her help I was “back to normal” within a few weeks. Marie is a star. I would also like to thank Fittleworth for reliable deliveries and helpful staff. They have been a great company to deal with. Thank you.

Marie has been an absolute rock for me! Upon coming out of Hospital after giving birth to our baby boy, I had to be taught to self catheter as my bladder wasn’t functioning properly following a forcep delivery. I was very emotional with hormones flying all over the place but was determined to get myself back to normal. The service that Fittleworth and Marie provided was incredible, the constant calls, support, words of encouragement and genuine desire for you to get better and progress, was just what I needed. Marie has such a good knowledge base and we often talked about other things that were linked to the birth, pregnancy, bladder and other body issues. She became a constant in my life during this difficult time and I can truly say she played a big role in my positive mental attitude that mo doubt helped towards my recovery. Thank you Marie.
