I needed a new catheter as the one I was currently using was proving very uncomfortable. Marie sent me a number of samples of different catheters to try. We also had three video calls together during which I felt totally relaxed discussing how each catheter was slightly different to another. It didn't take long for Marie to identify the exact catheter that met all my needs and to arrange for supplies to be sent out to me. It was all so easy !
