Heather is an exceptional nurse and a great credit to her profession. Apart from being extremely knowledgable she takes the time to explain the situation and deals with everything extremely efficiently. Heather is very knowledgeable and professional and approaches her job with a genuinely kind, caring and attentive attitude. Heather is always available to answer any follow-up queries or concerns from her patients. My experience has been quite positive and my recovery has gone well.
