I had my annual remote check up with Tracey yesterday and I felt very much at ease. Tracey asked me about my symptoms and relevant questions and this enabled her to give me some advice and answer my questions. The letter detailing our conversation has already been sent to my GP and I was able to see the letter on the app this morning.Tracey, thank you for showing a genuine interest in me as an individual especially as I tend to get nervous prior to the call, you put me at ease straight away, thanks so much!

Tracey was absolutely brilliant and a pleasure to speak with. She took time to listen to me and asked questions that meant she got understand my lifestyle as well as my medical history. She was very patient with my questions and where there were decisions I had to make, she laid out the options very clearly. I felt in very safe hands. A great ambassador for the clinic, the hospital and the NHS

Speaking to Tracey was the best conversation I have had about my IBD for years - I actually felt listened to and understood as an individual. Tracey has a great understanding of the complexities of IBD and I hope she remains part of the team at St Marks.
