Kay is really nice and helpful. She always listens to my opinions and helps us figure out where to go next in terms of treatment. She's polite and always try's to find a method or plan that suits my needs. She never fails to have a smile on her face and is overwhelming a positive person. She will always take the patients opinion into account and she will find another method if there is something the patient is not comfortable with. All in all, a great nurse :).

Kay is a great nurse with lots of experience in pediatric IBD care. Since my daughter diagnosed with IBD, Kay played a key role in not only supporting my daughter, but she also supported myself and my wife thought the process. She always listen with patience and proactive with treatment next steps. We are grateful that our daughter is under the care of Kay and ever thankful for her wisdom and care.

Kay is a lovely nurse - full of smiles and will make you feel at ease very quickly. For our son (Kumail), Kay has been there for us both in and out of clinic and been a great aid with supporting and advising on keeping our child in remission or near to remission as much as possible. Cant be grateful enough to have Kay around for us. Nurse Kay and Dr Hyer make a great team!

I strongly believe the care my daughter has received from Kay has been absolutely amazing. Kay is very compassionate and dedicated to not just her patients but the patients family which is very rare unfortunately in the NHS as resources are very limited and they have so much work to do constantly. I genuinely dont think anything in Kays care that I could say can be improved.

Nothing but 100% praise for my son's specialist Colitis nurse, Kay Crook. Kay is understanding, supportive, a fantastic listener and extremely good at explaining to my son what is going on in his body and helping him understand the symptoms he is experiencing. Kay is amazing at giving Rhys and I the reassurances we need. We know we are so lucky to be in her safe hands. Thanks you so much Kay - you have made the last 5 years so much better by always being their for Rhys.
