Miss Chan has obviously got too many patients to look after to provide any resemblance of good care as on average it take a week to get a reply from her and lately more like two weeks then a message saying she will ring two days ago but I am still waiting when you are incontenant on a daily basis for Unknow reason and have been loosing blood for 18 months I don’t think this is good enough she is supposed to be our first port of call as gp will not do anything without her say so you obviously need more staff

Had very personal attention in a relaxed, non-rushed appointment. Monica was very thorough and asked me many questions about my progress, explaining my symptoms and the way forward very carefully. She then followed up my meeting a year later as promised with a review on the way forward. I am very pleased with my treatment particularly in view of the challenging climate at this time

Monica , is just a phone call away which just gives that extra reassurance you need in when coming to terms with IBD and what it means and how to manage it . She's an expert in her field and provides us with quality care , and her team around her . Excellent Nursing staff there are quality. We are proud to have such a good NHS .
