Tracey was absolutely brilliant and a pleasure to speak with. She took time to listen to me and asked questions that meant she got understand my lifestyle as well as my medical history. She was very patient with my questions and where there were decisions I had to make, she laid out the options very clearly. I felt in very safe hands.
