Heather is an exceptional nurse and a great credit to her profession. Apart from being extremely knowledgable she takes the time to explain the situation and deals with everything extremely efficiently. Most importantly she has a wonderful sense of humour and I look forward to appointments with her rather than dreading them. I think the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital are very lucky to have Heather on their team. Sarah Adlam
