Although I am grateful for all the care I received, am particularly grateful to Catherine for being friendly, helpful and practical. She looked after me superbly when the operation was over. It's obvious that she took my age into account; I could hear clearly everything she said, thus avoiding the embarrassment I sometimes experience with other speakers.
