Johncy Baby is extremely professional at all times. He has an excellent understanding of Inflammatory Bowel Disease and the impact this condition has on patients. He is a very good listener, provides useful advice which is helping me. He will liaise with my GP and consultant to make sure they are informed of my medical requirements and that I receive the correct medication. Nothing seems too much trouble for Johncy Baby where his patients are concerned.
