I have worked with Caro for a number of years, I have found her to be incredibly supportive & caring. She is professional, acts with great integrity & is patient focussed. Caro supported me as a junior Matron and helped me to develop in my role. She raises concerns when needed and is a role model to others she works with. Caro has great clinical experience and knowledge and uses this to ensure standards of care in her areas remain high.
