Emily takes great care of my Uncle going above and beyond; even when she isn't his assigned nurse she still takes the time and makes the effort to pop in and see him and talk to him. She has built a relationship with both my uncle and family members which in turn has built trust and confidence and I certainly feel that if Emily is on duty my uncle will receive great care. Nothing is too much trouble for Emily, she is cheerful and polite and when I ask for information 'warts and all' she tells me all that she can - very welcome and refreshing.
