I had video urodynamic procedure with nurse Roisin and I highly recommend her. It's a very awkward and embarrassing procedure but the nurse was excellent at making me feel comfortable. I felt really looked after. She kept checking how I was and how I felt, especially as I tend to have low BP causing dizzy spells/fainting. She explained every step very clearly, so I was aware what was happening at all times and I really appreciated the numbing gel, when she was inserting the catheters in place. I also liked how she joked around too, spoke to me a bit generally and even stepped out with her team, so I could urinate comfortably as I was struggling at one point in the procedure to do it, with the medical team there. If you have to have video urdodymanic, make sure you book with this outstanding nurse! Thank you once again for caring out the procedure so compassionately and taking good care of me during the procedure!
