I was treated in Ealing Hospital A&E last week and had a follow up this week. All the staff were absolutely wonderful - the best care and treatment; plus all your lovely caring smiles. I could not have asked for better. At one point when I asked why I had to a particular test, I was just told, 'you get the full works here'! True! And, the food also, was good and wholesome. I didn't have to worry about getting a meal when I got home. Another patient who was on the same transport home said, 'I've got nothing but praise for them'! You are all such lovely and wonderful people. My thanks and blessings to you all.
Just one thing - the outer part of the hospital needs a face-lift! Wouldn't it be great if that task could be achieved! A very grateful patient!
Best wishes / God bless, Christine (Ealing).
very good
I was treated compassionately and excellently by the nurses doctors and all other staff
I was treated with total courtesy by every member of staff I was given clear information on every stage of my treatment
I had to wait 6 hours in emergency to be seen and have cast for my broken wrist.
All staff were very efficient and helpful. Thank you so much
The quality of service I received .
As the team were supportive and co operative all the way
The ward on 7n was terrible. Not enough nurses. A nurse gave me a laxative. After a while, I rang for a nurse to take me to the toilet. I rang three times. No body came. 3 hours later, a nurse came and asked me why I did not call for them, after she found me laying in my daiaria. I will never ever step foot there again.
The nurse practitioner was incredibly helpful, explained everything in detail, excellent people skills and included me in all parts of the appointment.
