attended day surgery for a minor procedure. The dr was condescending before conscenting me.The doctor said nothing to be done cant see anything, he wasnt listening to me even when I showed him pictures of said problem I had to say that I wanted to go ahead with the original plan. Dr should listen to ther patiens and not fob them off takes long enough to get this appointment and its like I was wasting there time. They are not the patients. The skill of listening to there patients is something that needs to be adressed. All the nursing staff were lovely but always one person who lets them down.

I recently had a surgery made by the exceptional team at Ealing Hospital, and I must express my heartfelt gratitude and admiration for their outstanding dedication, compassion, and professionalism. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, respect, and empathy by every single member of staff I encountered. The doctors, nurses, and support staff all demonstrated a genuine commitment to delivering top-notch patient care, and their tireless efforts did not go unnoticed. The outpatient ward was immaculately clean, and the facilities were comfortable and well-maintained. But what truly made my experience stand out was the warmth, kindness, and humanity shown by every staff member I met. To the entire team at the 3 South Ward Ealing Hospital,(nurse Cristina,Esther ,Bibi,my surgical team and everyone who was there and my brilliant anaesthesiologist dr.)I offer my sincerest thanks for all that you do. Your hard work, expertise, and compassion are a credit to the NHS, and I feel fortunate to have received such exceptional care. Please keep up the fantastic work – you are truly making a difference in the lives of your patients and their families!
Ealing Hospital isn't the prettiest building but the care and professionalism of the staff make up for this. All the staff from the cleaners to the consultants are kind, helpful and caring despite their stressful jobs. In particular, Eric, A&E nurse was outstanding.
Also, AMU staff are also excellent.
I recently had to come into ACU after my GP referred me, I dreaded attending as I don’t go to the hospital much and hear all the awful nhs stories of waiting times and hospital environment.
I was blown away but a young lady Dr Thurai, absolutely beautiful inside and out. A true reflection of how a doctor should be, that in this day and age of society sorry to say is an uncommon find. Her clinical knowledge and patience in taking the time for me to explain, even when emotional, not to mention efficiency and of kindness in easing my distress was remarkable.
Whilst waiting for my results I saw she had seen to other patients and as soon as my results were back returned straight back to me without leaving my hanging. She handled it very well. The humbleness and humility of such doctors is what engrains memories of hospital visits in you and for good reasons. I came in dreading it but left at great ease comfort and with someone who put a smile on my face. Not only mine but I know others as other patients I chatted with in the waiting room who had seen you felt the same! Never change young lady how wonderful you are. If only you could be my doctor everytime. Many many thanks
5-Star Review for Dr. Juzer Karimjee, Respiratory Medicine – Ealing Hospital
I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care I’ve received from Dr. Juzer Karimjee in the respiratory medicine department at Ealing Hospital, where I am being treated for Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD). Dr. Karimjee is not only highly knowledgeable and compassionate, but also remarkably thorough and proactive in managing my condition.
One of the things I appreciate most is how efficient and attentive he is. He never delays when it comes to arranging necessary investigations—whether it’s CT scans, lung function tests, or blood work. Everything is organised promptly, and he always follows through. Dr. Karimjee even takes the time to call me personally with test results, which means a great deal and shows just how committed he is to his patients' care.
He listens carefully, explains things clearly, and ensures that I feel supported and involved in every decision. His calm, reassuring manner and professionalism have made a challenging diagnosis much easier to cope with.
Dr. Karimjee is a true credit to Ealing Hospital and the NHS. I feel very fortunate to be under his care and can’t thank him enough for the exceptional support and medical attention he provides.
Many Thanks

To the Management and Staff of Ealing Hospital Ambulatory Care Unit,
I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and commend the outstanding care I received during my visits to the Ambulatory Care Unit on June 25th and July 5th.
My experience was consistently exceptional, largely due to the remarkable professionalism and compassion of Dr. Ahmed and his dedicated team of nurses.
On both occasions, Dr. Ahmed demonstrated not only medical expertise but also a truly patient-centered approach. He was clear in his explanations, attentive to my concerns, and proactive in ensuring my diagnostic tests were initiated. His direct follow-up on June 25th, where he personally called me with updates and guidance after my blood draw, was incredibly reassuring and went above and beyond expectations.
The nurses on his team also deserve immense praise for their kindness, efficiency, and consistent support.
Thank you for providing such an outstanding service. Dr. Ahmed and his team are a credit to the NHS.
Decent, professional, adaptable, helpful, caring - they deserve more. Resources - probably a bit short, but isn't every hodpital.
A credit one and all to our wonderful institution the NHS. Where on earth would we be without.you all.
C. Pettifer.
I went in for a check in the endoscopy unit and I have no words to describe how great the staff was

I was treated in Ealing Hospital A&E last week and had a follow up this week. All the staff were absolutely wonderful - the best care and treatment; plus all your lovely caring smiles. I could not have asked for better. At one point when I asked why I had to a particular test, I was just told, 'you get the full works here'! True! And, the food also, was good and wholesome. I didn't have to worry about getting a meal when I got home. Another patient who was on the same transport home said, 'I've got nothing but praise for them'! You are all such lovely and wonderful people. My thanks and blessings to you all.
Just one thing - the outer part of the hospital needs a face-lift! Wouldn't it be great if that task could be achieved! A very grateful patient!
Best wishes / God bless, Christine (Ealing).
