I had a great care from Emily. She is a good listener, and easily approachable. I felt very comfortable talking to her; she respected my decision and treated me with dignity. I noted that the ward was very busy, but Emily did find time to check on us and she was always full of smiles. Although she knows my name, yet she always cross-check my details before every procedure to ensure safety. She has a very good interpersonal and communication skills. She is indeed a credit to the profession and the trust.

For a nurse who has only been qualified For less than a year I must say she is a Fantastic nurse already. She has the ability to stand her ground when patients are in distress and doctors Are not very helpful. I can honestly say she is massive credit to the NHS and more important she is a Credit to queens Hostpital Romford. If all nurses were like her things would run A lot better at queens Fantastic, warm, caring young lady Thank you

Emily is a young caring nurse who is friendly to talk to and very professional. As a family member (daughter) of the patient I had great confidence that she would take care of my fathers needs during he's stay in hospital. My father has been in hospital for over 5weeks and not always had nurses that care for him like Emily has done. She listens to the patient and family members with regards to he's medication etc and takes on board and queries decisions that higher management/doctors may have made to see if this is the best solution going on the families concerns. She was also very efficient with her work by always making sure she would come back to the patient to finish off any requirements if she was called away where some nurses unfortunately do not always do. Thank you Emily for your help.

After my operation to be honest I was a real miserable awkward patient but nothing was ever too much trouble for Emily she kept smiling and had a great positive attitude. Even when Emily wasn't my nurse she still came and said hello and checked on how I was feeling, she made my stay in hospital that little more bearable. In my opinion a great asset to the nuRsing profession.
