After my operation to be honest I was a real miserable awkward patient but nothing was ever too much trouble for Emily she kept smiling and had a great positive attitude. Even when Emily wasn't my nurse she still came and said hello and checked on how I was feeling, she made my stay in hospital that little more bearable.
In my opinion a great asset to the nuRsing profession.
