Laylie was absolutely incredible, she instantly knew that I was worried about having to use the device, she recommended things and she even said about how to had tried them herself so she could better help patients use the items she was recommending. I am so please that Laylie was my nurse and I'm happy to have her any time again.

Laylie is a fantastic nurse I've learned such alot from her. I've even learnt to use my catheter without a mirror thanks to Laylie. She's patient kind and very understanding. She's very supportive and encouraging so a big Thank You Laylie.

Laylie was extremely professional in the way she explained and handled my case! She did not leave me with any questions or doubts about the use of self catheters unanswered. She inspired me with the confidence to undergo their use and now that I have seen how easy, useful, and dignity-saving they are i wish somebody presented to me that solution to my problem 6 months ago! In this way I would have avoided six months of agony and pain when self -catheterization was available and so effective. I am grateful to Laylie because had it not been for her I would still be questioning that method! I have no hesitation whatsoever I recommending this method to all those men that are stuck with the issue of enlarged prostates and the need to use catheters!

I aim to support patients to to be as independent as possible, in order to help people to get good quality care.
