Laura has a wonderful empathy with her patient. She has helped in so many ways since my stoma surgery. Encouraging me with gradually getting back to a healthy diet, helping me to adapt but to have confidence to pursue my life to the full. Laura really keen to help above and beyond to.solve hurting too small stoma bag. Ordered a larger size and in the meantime enlarged 10 bags by cutting to keep me going until pre-cut order arrives. Once again Laura and Eric visited my dad today. He has ongoing problems with his stoma. Laura and Eric showed knowledge care and empathy not only to my dad but also myself. You sometimes feel isolated and alone when dealing with a loved one. Laura and Eric just made us feel we are not alone… and they are there to help us… they are truly amazing. Laura and Eric Vasquez came to visit my father today to help him with his stoma bag. Dad has been having problems for some time which has resulted in him having severe problems with his skin. They introduced a new bag for him. They took the time to show us how these bags work. They were extremely patient with explaining everything. They made us feel very confident and assured us that they were there if we had any problems. They took the time to talk to us and made us feel at ease and showed empathy.
