You never get an appointment. You have to call and wait for 40 minutes to be told no appointments, if you are lucky you may get a phone consultation. There is a real lack of engaged care, doctors just try and get rid of you, or don't follow through with what they have said they will do over the phone.
This has now happened on more then one occasion.
The nurses are wonderful.
1. The note attached to my prescription dated 09/03/2020 carries information about flu clinics in October 2014. I think that I have mentioned this to you before. Please replace that information with something more helpful and up-to-date.
2. The website announces an Open Evening "Meet Our Pharmacist: Wednesday 19th February 2020." Please replace that information with something more helpful and up-to-date.
3. On 2nd July 2020 I had a telephone consultation with Dr Henry Butler, about some bites and a rash. I had previously sent him some photos of both. The consultation was very satisfactory, in that I received a helpful explanation and diagnosis, together with a prescription. I am pleased to say that the symptoms are gradually disappearing. I wish to thank Dr Butler for his time and his advice, and I wish to say that I regard this online consultation as a total success.
4. I am on tablets for blood pressure. I measured my blood pressure three times on 13th July 2020. The average was 145/105, which I understand is high on both counts. What should I do?
With thanks and best wishes to all of the staff working in the surgery,

I don't go to the doctors very often. Today I discovered they now have a walk in clinic on aMonday and Friday 08.30 til 10.30.
I had a number of issues I needed to speak to the Doctor about. I wasn't rushed through the appointment and felt my questions were answered.
I understand these clinics have only recently started to happen. From my point of view it's a great service and one I would recommend to other patients.
I am furious!!! I have asked the practice manager on more than 1 occasion NOT to give my elderly parents appointments between 12-2pm-we do not have a parking permit-this means my parents age 85 and 82 have to walk over 1 mile to the practice and a further 1 mile back-last week my dad had an appointment at 12.30pm so they both were forced to walk-this week his appointment was for 3.45pm on Thursday-but your doctor called him today behind my back and changed it to 12.30pm!!! DO YOU THINK THIS IS FUNNY? well lets see how funny you think this is.....I have sent a letter of complaint to Age UK, Diabetes UK, Lambeth council and Our local MP
I don’t understand the purpose of the on-line appointment booking system. My experience is ‘there are no appointments available’. For example, this morning (6th Sept) there appears to be one appointment available on 20th September. Presumably a date later than this is beyond the scope of your diary.
I have arrived at the surgery in times without number to find that there are at least a dozen waiting for the surgery to open. I thought that the booking system was designed to avoid this eventuality. The system has become somewhat nuanced by the ‘walk-in’ system. I suggest that the lie which is telephone booking be scrapped.
