I've been registered at this surgery for more than 5 years. It's a really lovely one - everyone, from the receptionists, to nurses, to doctors, to phlebotomists, are very supportive, professional, thorough, friendly and informative. Whenever I've had to visit them, they've always listened, asked lots of questions, never dismissed any concerns, and have taken every step to make me feel better. In particular, Annie ( one of the nurses) and Quinn (one of the receptionists) are always cheerful and helpful. I never normally fill out these forms, but I think this practise really deserves recognition for both its professionalism, and friendly, warm environment.

Since being diagnosed with T2 diabetes the practice (Dr Cowan takes a special interest in diabetic patients) has looked after me really well. Regular check ups on my eyes, feet, blood etc. My diabetes and how it effects me has been explained in detail along with some simple ways in which I can minimise them. As a single person its great the feel that I am being looked after so thanks very much to everyone on the team there.

I had very good service today. My appointment was on time and I had a blood test. Done most efficiently.
