I've been registered at this surgery for more than 5 years. It's a really lovely one - everyone, from the receptionists, to nurses, to doctors, to phlebotomists, are very supportive, professional, thorough, friendly and informative.
Whenever I've had to visit them, they've always listened, asked lots of questions, never dismissed any concerns, and have taken every step to make me feel better. In particular, Annie ( one of the nurses) and Quinn (one of the receptionists) are always cheerful and helpful.
I never normally fill out these forms, but I think this practise really deserves recognition for both its professionalism, and friendly, warm environment.
