You never get an appointment. You have to call and wait for 40 minutes to be told no appointments, if you are lucky you may get a phone consultation. There is a real lack of engaged care, doctors just try and get rid of you, or don't follow through with what they have said they will do over the phone.
This has now happened on more then one occasion.
The nurses are wonderful.
Suggested improvements
Be able to make appointments.
Follow through with treatment.
I've also had several missed letters - as in never received them.
