This doctor made my mother feel safe. He also instilled faith in us after a young nurse had been quite abrupt with my elderly mum who is hearing impaired and couldn't hear, therefore, understand, what was going on. Obi took over and seemed to understand how frightened we all were and how protective we felt for our mum after the nurse was curt with her. Thank you, Obi xxx

The doctor was caring and took the time to listen to exactly what I was saying. He was well mannered and polite throughout the experience of being in minor injuries. On top of this it was Christmas Eve and he still focused, happy to help and all round a good doctor. One piece of constructive criticism I would give however, is that once he has made the diagnosis he makes it clear that he has done so and gives you all the detail he has about that. Apart from this he was a very kind and competent doctor. Great job!

Profile

Medical doctor with interest in amalgamating clinical practice, innovation and public health. I subscribe to the line of thought that medical doctors are health creators not just problem-solvers. On that premise, I am passionate about managing complex health issues through innovation and encouraging health-seeking behavior and health promoting activities in the patient population.
