I like his strong ,confident manner. As a patient you feel that you are in safe hands and can trust his diagnosis and suggested plan of action. Excellent!
It may be worth noting that he didn't request feedback but I asked him if there was any way I could give comments on how impressed I was with how he dealt with me!

Mr Simon Smith , surgeon at Broomfield Hospital operated on my wife to remove a para- thyroid. He correctly identified the faulty para- thyroid and the operation has been totally successful. His professionalism, skill and manner have been exemplary and he inspires great confidence. The operational scar is practically invisible and this has been admired by our friends. My wife feels much better for his excellent treatment.
