I have been treated twice at Springfield Hospital as an NHS patient. The first occasion was back in 2014 when the wonderful Mr Charnley kindly carried out my hip replacement and the second time was in March 2023 when the most personable and friendly Mr Lorenzi sorted out my inguinal hernias by keyhole surgery. Both consultants were simply marvellous and an absolute honour to meet. I count myself very fortunate indeed to say the least. All the associated staff at the hospital were simply brilliant as well - all so caring and friendly. My sincere thanks to all concerned - I can't recommend you highly enough.

With the exception of a recent radiologist this hospital is first class. Everyone is kind, courteous and professional. I have attended as an in and out patient several times and it is always the same. I include the consultants, nurses, phelobotmist, radiology assistant, porters and receptionists in this. Thank you for taking good care of me.

Have not got anything bad to say from reception area to procedure and even receiving my prescription everyone were friendly and helpful

I had underwent a breast uplift on the 5th January at Springfield Hospital and the care and attention I received was second to none. Thank you to all the team that made my stay comfortable and attended to me each time I pressed the “Call” button. Thank you all - doing a fantastic Job x

From the pre-surgery assessments for my bi-lateral TKR through to the in-patient care for two big surgeries (so much tea and cake!) and then back at an hours notice as an out-patient to listen to my concerns about my wound and then a few days later to remove the staples and then physiotherapy over several weeks, it really could not have been a better experience. The nurses and other ward staff could not do enough for me ("You'd like a hot chocolate at midnight? Sure, no problem") and the reception staff were polite and helpful. I would absolutely pick Springfield for any future hospital treatment.

The procedure as an outpatient was carried out very skilfully and quickly. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful

Springfield Hospital is lovely. They go out of their way to make you feel listened to. Every single member of staff that I encountered made you feel special and cared for from the beginning of entering the Hospital until you leave. Its ultra clean and the food is beautifully served and tasted lovely. The staff from Consultants, nurses, reception the porters and cleaners were lovely and very professional.
