No one wants to be in hospital, and I've been in several, but if it's necessary, this is the place to be. The facilities were excellent. The staff were all excellent, friendly and caring. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and everyone seemed anxious to make my stay as comfortable and stress free as possible.

Fantastic staff and primary care. Excellent individual suites that were immaculate and a five star meal service with caring and compassionate staff.

The hospital is very clean and welcoming . All the staff looked after me very well and were polite and caring . My treatment was quick . I knew exactly what to expect at the operation and was given clear aftercare information . The consultant came to see me before and after the surgery which was great . Nurses were lovely particularly in recovery . The Anaesthetic Doctor was a gem .

The treatment from staff was very pleasant from the beginning and the ward staff Raymond, Jamilla & Suvi (unsure of individual spellings of names) were excellent. They treated me with respect and kept me updated throughout. The hospital itself had good facilities and was comfortable. The pods/rooms on the ward gave needed privacy which is helpful prior when waiting for your time and after when you wish to recover in private. I cannot comment on treatment itself as would need to see how everything is after healing but I'm sure the surgeon has done a great job. I highly recommend Springfield Hospital so far.

From the reception through to consultant I was treaded with kindness and care. Nothing was too much and I was treated promptly . Would highly recommend

Having surgery at Springfield hospital was a pleasant experience! My room was clean and private. The staff caring during day and night. Can't thank them enough

I have spent and continue to be spending, quite a lot of my time at Springfield hospital, for one reason or another - consultations, tests, scans, procedures, dressings, blood tests, surgery etc etc, and I can honestly say that each and every time, I have been so well cared for, listened to and felt valued, every person I have come into contact with has been so lovely, kind and empathetic, taking time to really support me and even holding my hand to help me through what has been a tough few years. My last visit was for a colonoscopy, I had a “bit of a breakdown” while waiting for the procedure, Debbie the nurse on duty in the Day care unit, and Barbara the hospital concierge were so very kind and supportive to me, staying with me snd helping me to calm down and feel better, so very grateful for the care, it has been outstanding. Thank you Springfield Hospital.
