Mr Awad was absolutely wonderful, he explained the procedure, pre and post operative instructions clearly and ensured I understood. He was very respectful of me and non judgemental. He has extensive expertise in his field and I specifically sought him to perform surgery on me as I felt confident with him. He answered all of my concerns and made me feel at ease. From my first telephone consultation I knew I was in safe hands with Mr Awad. He answered any questions I had before surgery and the care I received was first class. After surgery the recovery procedure in place was excellent, keeping me moving, along with breathing exercises and getting plenty fluids it aided my recovery process . The aftercare from Tonic is second to none , with follow up calls from trained staff and even Mr Awad himself . I would highly recommend this surgeon to anyone .
