Right from contacting Tonic I felt supported and cared for, the process running up to the surgery was straightforward and centered on me, Dr Awad I could not want for a better consultant. The initial consultation was over the telephone which made me feel confident I had made the right choice, on the day of surgery Mr Awad continued to instil confidence in me, what a wonderful man.
