I was contacted very soon after making my initial enquiries. Mr Awad was very friendly, professional and took the time to answer my questions. My surgery was booked in after allowing me the time to consider if I wanted to go ahead. When my surgery date arrived, Mr Awad was very reasurring and eleviated any worries I may have had. He was very caring and I knew I was in safe hands. Walking to the operating room with Mr Awad was fun and relaxed. The team were waiting and were all full of smiles and good humour. House music was playing which made me laugh. Everybody was lovely and kind and I knew everything would be ok. My journey to weight loss had begun and I could not have been more excited.

Mr Awad was extremely informative and supportive and explained all the benefits of having a gastric sleeve. I had an unforeseen medical problem the day of surgery, however, Mr Awad was extremely supportive and helped me through the process until surgery was rebooked. On the day of surgery Mr Awad made me feel completely at ease, his theatre was fun and all his staff were amazing! My surgery has been extremely successful and can only describe it as life changing! Thank you so much Mr Awad!

I had a really positive experience from the start, as this was a huge decision I had lots of questions & worries all were answered from booking in to care while at the hospital and after that, Was especially important because everyone is different I didn't know what to expect but I was able to ring the clinic and speak to a professional. I am 3 months post op and have lost 51Ib.
