I was contacted very soon after making my initial enquiries. Mr Awad was very friendly, professional and took the time to answer my questions. My surgery was booked in after allowing me the time to consider if I wanted to go ahead. When my surgery date arrived, Mr Awad was very reasurring and eleviated any worries I may have had. He was very caring and I knew I was in safe hands. Walking to the operating room with Mr Awad was fun and relaxed. The team were waiting and were all full of smiles and good humour. House music was playing which made me laugh. Everybody was lovely and kind and I knew everything would be ok. My journey to weight loss had begun and I could not have been more excited.
