Mr Turk always makes you feel at ease and he speaks to you in a very confident manner at a level that you can really understand. I was made to feel very uncomfortable during my appointment i felt i was being dismissed and my concerns were not listened to, i was referred for suspected cancer with specific tests requested by my GP to be conducted within 2 weeks, none of these have been done, i have spoken to my GP about this who is also very unhappy about it, despite constantly asking 2 months later i still have do not have results, this is causing immense stress for myself and my wife along with my already severe depression i am at breaking point. I get the feeling Mr Turk does not care about me and i am just a number. Sorry for being blunt but this is how i feel.
