I have been an outpatient and an inpatient at the Fitzwilliam Hospital and it is always very clean and tidy, the staff are pleasant, friendly, informative and helpful. On seeing Mr Paul Robinson for a second consultation, he was professional and friendly and explained what was causing my problem and went through the various treatments I could consider. He guided me through all the paperwork explaining the procedure and any drawbacks. I left feeling relieved and confident that my problem was going to be treated and I was in very capable hands.

On my visit to Mr Robinson yesterday 21st November I received first class attention. Mr Robinson examined my shoulder, discussed any alternatives but sent me for an xray so he could see the extent of damage. Mr Robinson was extremely professional, thorough and clear, I have every confidence in him and felt most comfortable. I would also add his Nurse working with him was extremely good, she was pleasant and put me at my ease immediately. What a perfect combination of Doctor and Nurse.

Mr Robinson was very informative ,caring and calm in his approach !! Was extremely happy with the results from the consultation !! The shoulder injection was well explained and smoothly executed!! The appointment was on time and the assisting nurse was lovely too!! Thank You!!

He was very welcoming and put me at ease straightaway. He took time to check my own overall condition and state of mind. I was re-examined to confirm MRI results and then given the list of possible treatment's, with his final recommendation on the path to follow. This was mutually agreed and any possible complications explained. I now look forward to the procedure and feel totally confident the he will deliver the outcome we mutually discussed.
