I have been an outpatient and an inpatient at the Fitzwilliam Hospital and it is always very clean and tidy, the staff are pleasant, friendly, informative and helpful.
On seeing Mr Paul Robinson for a second consultation, he was professional and friendly and explained what was causing my problem and went through the various treatments I could consider. He guided me through all the paperwork explaining the procedure and any drawbacks.
I left feeling relieved and confident that my problem was going to be treated and I was in very capable hands.
