Superb service from beginning to end. Very quick and easy to make an appointment and be seen the same day. The doctor was very thorough and took time to explain everything and answer all of my questions, but was also very efficient - my mole was removed the same day with the histology results arriving 10 days later, as expected.

Dr. Drake had to perform a 5mm widening section around a previously made excision very close to the nipple. It was about eliminating what was initially diagnosed as spitz nevus. During the operation, Dr. Drake was professional and very kind and reassuring. After the operation, one of the nurses offered me tea and discussed postoperative care. At that point, Dr. Drake joined the nurse to make sure that I understood everything the nurse told me. I feel really thankful for the way he treated me. Also, after 3 weeks after the surgery, my scar is looking very good and I'm also happy that he managed to save the nipple even if the lesion was very close to it. Moreover, he managed to the whole operation while teaching a junior doctor who was also present in the theatre. The whole experience was really good and warm.

Very pleasant Consultant who was very informative as to what I needed reference a straight forward Cyst removal. On checking my back Mr Drake found two BCC which he suggested would be best removed if I wanted to proceed at the same time as the Cyst which I agreed to. He explained what the procedure would involve which put me at ease to accept.
Both procedures were pain free which was great.
Mr Drake put no pressure on me to have any treatment if I didn’t want it, but I was more than happy after his thorough explanation of what was involved.
I would not hesitate to recommend both Mr Drake and The London Dermatology Clinic to others if needed.
I have now received the histology report which confirmed his diagnosis and am happy with the outcome.

I was totally satisfied with the treatment that I received from Mr Paul Drake. He was very considerate and explained everything that was going to happen to me.
The whole of the nursing staff that saw me were also very helpful, and couldn't have been kinder.
