He was very professional, helped me feel confident in my injury and getting it sorted. He went out of his way to get an mri, operation and physiotherapy as quickly as possible even if it meant he had to travel to other hospitals and go out of his way and use his time off just to get it sorted for me. He was very attentive and the after care and advice was exceptional, my family and I couldn't thank him enough for everything he's done.

I had surgery on my right shoulder by Mr Prasad at the end of April 2017, prior to this I had two consultations with him where he explained in detail what was causing my shoulder problem, what the surgery would consist of and the potential recovery period. On the day of surgery he went through the procedure with myself and my wife, which put her at ease. Follow up consultations were informative with him also showing me pictures from inside my shoulder which were taken during the surgery. Three months on and my hospital physio complete I feel like I am getting full use of my shoulder back, something I haven't had for almost two years. Thank you.
