Mr Naseem went to great lengths to inform me of my condition and what treatment would follow . I really appreciated his answers to my questions and the patience he showed . I had an anxiously awaited appointment this week and met Mr Naseem at Westmoreland General.From the first minute he put me at my ease whilst skilfully giving me the details of my operation in language I could understand.He was empathetic and obviously extremely knowledgeable in the field of Urology , and equally important warm and understanding. Everyone tells you to write down your questions !He listened carefully and patiently and gave me comprehensive feedback on every one .Having discussed the findings he brilliantly gave me a picture of what to expect in both near future and further ahead.The next appointment is important to me and after finishing told me when to expect it .Mr Naseem advised me to see the specialist nurse- superb- who told me he had already booked my next appointment !! As a patient I couldn’t praise The Urologist staff enough and tell family and friends how lucky we are to be treated by Consultants like Mr Naseem .
