I met with a number of health care professionals given the complexity of my injury, and Mr Goddard was the reason I had the least invasive and most positive treatment. I felt him to be thoroughly knowledgable in a way the other doctors weren’t, and he was more interested in my care than he was in pushing a surgery on me. I would be in a different place without him!

Mr Goddard has been incredibly attentive and thorough throughout his diagnoses and treatment of various knee related injuries I have presented to him over the last 3 and a half years. As he continues to treat me with great patience and care, his ability to make me feel like I am truly involved in every step of the diagnosis and treatment process helps me feel secure and confident in the decisions being made around my injuries.

Mr Goddard explained everything very clearly -the benefits and risks of the operation and what would happen which made it much less stressful. He also made every effort to do the operation at a time that was best for me which made a big difference to my life over the next year
